2023 World Heavy Horseshoe Championship Judges Hammers

CA$0.00
sold out

The bodies are anchor chain wrought iron to match the team championship prize hammers. The faces are forge welded 1045, they weigh in at 13oz and are 14" overall length.

This is where things get a little bit different. The handles are purple heart over fir. Maybe an odd combination however thus fir was reclaimed from the 1916 UGG elevator in Elva Manitoba. This was a neat way of mixing in some interesting history from the host province into the pieces. The lamination makes these handles more than strong enought to use should the judges choose to.
